Designing Exceptional Recreational Spaces for the Home
The Home Club (also known as Thehomeclub) was founded by John Schulte in Chicago, IL to bring country-club quality into everyday homes nationwide. We design, engineer, and build custom indoor golf simulators, synthetic putting greens, residential pickleball courts, bocce courts, and ice rinks tailored to how your family plays and entertains.
“Sports have a way of bringing people together. We build the spaces where those moments happen.”Start Your Project
From Passion to Premium
The Home Club began during a moment of reflection. After the insurance company I worked with was acquired, I stepped back to consider what truly motivated me. The answer was not complicated. I wanted to build something centered around sports, connection, and creating positive experiences for others.
I have always loved sports, from golf and 16” softball to pickleball, football, basketball, hockey and more. But more than playing, I enjoy bringing people together. Giving thoughtful gifts and creating environments that form lasting bonds are core parts of my personality.
Installing custom sports environments offered a way to do exactly that. Each project is more than construction. It is the creation of a place where friends gather, families bond, and everyday routines become something special. That philosophy continues to guide every installation we complete today.
